ICRC YEREVAN OFFICE HAS NO INFORMATION ABOUT CONDITION OF ARMENIAN SOLDIER WHO CROSSED BORDER INTO AZERBAIJAN

The Yerevan Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross
(ICRC) is aware of the incident involving Armenian soldier Hakob
Injighulyan, but has no information about his health, the ICRC Yerevan
Office told Panorama.am.
"We informed the ICRC Baku Office about the incident. However,
today is a non-working day in Azerbaijan on the occasion of Ramadan
holiday and therefore we have no information about the condition of
the Armenian soldier," an office official said.
An Armenian soldier identified as Hakob Injighulyan, 22, crossed into
Azerbaijan's territory losing his orientation while carrying out his
military duty around 3:00 am on August 8, according to preliminary
reports.
