POLICE SHOWED THEIR TRUE WORTH - OPPOSITION REP -VIDEO

Levon Zurabyan participated in a protest in front of the Prosecutor
General's Office of Armenia.
With respect to the clashes between citizens and police at 5 Komitas
Avenue in Yerevan, Zurabyan stated that, in front of the police
station, the activists were saying what they have been saying since
2008.
"When you learnt that some of the activists had been beaten up, which
caused tension, I considered it my duty to go to the police. There I
heard that the activists had cried out what we had been saying since
March 1, 2008," Zurabyan said.
With respect to police behavior, Zurabyan said: "Last Friday we held
our action here, and the following day we learnt that police had
committed gross violations during the clashes. Police showed their
true worth that day."
