Armenian presidential runner's proxy reports election frauds

Tevos Matevosyan, who stands proxy for presidential candidate Hrant
Bagratyan, is reporting election frauds.
Talking to journalists, he said that some people are trying to guide
voters under the guise of assisting them.
`Some voters are not well informed of how they should vote. They were
told to vote for candidate number six, that is, for Serzh Sargsyan,'
Mr Matevosyan said.
