Not a crack but holes are on the ballot box

Observer of `Civil Society Institution' NGO informed that there is a
crack on the ballot box which allows ballot papers to be easily
inserted in it.
Tevan Poghosyan, who is the proxy of presidential candidate Raffi
Hovhannisyan informed Yerkir.am that is going to the ballot area to
find out more of the violation.
According to him, members of the delegation have checked the box and
found out that there is no crack at all; there are holes under it
which are manufacturing defects.
At first, they had decided to change the box, however when they had
realized that it is impossible to insert any ballot paper from those
holes, they decided to leave it.
