Pierced Ballot Box In Avan Or "New Electoral Technique"
Country - Monday, 18 February 2013, 11:17
The observer of the Civil Society Institute has reported that the
ballot box at the polling station 1/6 of Avan community has an opening
at the bottom. The chair of the precinct commission said there are
similar ballot boxes in other polling stations as well. The crack
under the ballot box is interesting. Generally, ballot boxes are
stuffed from the opening at the top. Apparently, there is a decision
to stuff the box from the bottom. It is not ruled out that tunnels
have been dug under the ballot boxes to enable falsifiers to stuff
them from the bottom. At least, it is worthwhile that the proxies of
opposition candidates and international observers check this report.
It is also notable that this ballot box is in Avan, the `area' of
Ruben Hairapetyan and Taron Margaryan. Both need to rehab themselves
before their `boss'. The first for the murder in his restaurant, the
other for another term in the mayor's office.
