KARAPET RUBINYAN CALLED TO BE RESOLUTE

Karapet Rubinyan, ex-member of the ANC, addressed the rally called by
Raffi Hovannisian. He congratulated people and Raffi Hovannisian on
his victory.
"On these days the main concern is God, will we succeed this time or
not? It depends on everyone's determination? No matter how resolute
Raffi Hovannisian is,
he will not be able to do anything alone if we are not resolute as
well. I urge you to be resolute," Karapet Rubinyan said.
