EXPERT: ARMENIAN GOVERNMENT'S PROGRAM ON CREATION OF FREE ECONOMIC ZONES IS A GOOD TOAST

The Armenian Government's program on creation of free economic zones
is nothing but a good toast, Haroutyun Mesrobyan, a management expert,
told journalists.
He thinks one can only speak and describe the program, but the
program has no clear strategy. "The program should by all means be
divided into quarters, it should have indices, possible deviations
from the indices, responsible persons, responsibility size and other
components. If the program lacks all these things, then it is just
a toast for a good toast master", Mesrobyan said.
To note, the Government of Armenia is trying to create three free
economic zones: in Gyumri, in Zvartnots Airport in Yerevan, and at
Mars RAO CJSC.
