No Talks on the Entrance of the Second Communication Operator

`In the sphere of telecommunication we shall exert joint efforts with
`Karabakh Telecom' CJSC to solve the problem of reachability of the
Internet in the regions and rural communities,' this was reported by
NKR Minister of Industrial Infrastructures Levon Mnatsakanyan in his
interview to `Azat Artsakh'.
To the question about the possibility of the second operator's
entrance to Artsakh the minister noted, `I don't want to exclude the
second operator's entrance but in fact there are still no talks on
this.'
On part of prices of Karabakh Telecom services Levon Mnatsakanyan
thinks there is a problem of quality and speed of the Internet and it
should be solved together with the communication operator of Artsakh.
