Armenian President opens medical center in Dilijan

YEREVAN. - Armenia's incumbent president and presidential candidate
Serzh Sargsyan participated in the opening ceremony of the medical
center `Tavush' in Dilijan.
The head of the state reviewed the conditions and possibilities of the
center, which will provide health care services of high quality to the
local population. In his remarks, the founder of the Medical Center,
the former Minister of Health Harutyun Kushkyan highlighted the
establishment of such facilities in the regions and increase of access
to quality medical services in all regions of the country.
`This initiative is a result of balanced regional development programs
in Armenia, which are coming to life thanks to the Head of the State
Serzh Sargsyan,' Kushkyan said and thanked Sargsyan for the attention
to health care.
The presidential elections in Armenia will be held on February 18. The
campaign was launched on January 21.
