Hovannisian has congratulated the officers, soldiers on 21st
anniversary of the Armenian Army.
"Being unequally tempered but victorious in Artsakh war, our army
truly became the guarantee of independence and security of our
country," the former FM said.
He stressed that in the Army there should be excluded any materialism,
permissiveness, redneck behavior and pursue of private interests.
