CONSCRIPT DIED FROM CARDIAC ARREST IN NKR MILITARY UNIT
According to reliable information received by Helsinki Citizens
Assembly Vanadzor Office, yesterday, on 23 July 2013, another conscript
died from cardiac arrest in one of the military units of NKR. The
name of the conscript and details of the accident are not known. The
RA MoD is silent and is not releasing any official information.
On July 22 another accident was reported in Haykazov Military Unit of
NKR. Narek Hovsepyan of Vanadzor enlisted in November 2012 was wounded
and died. The relatives said it was an accident. One of the relatives
assured that no signs of violence were found on the young man's body.
