`Galust Sahakyan's statement is wrong.' Anahit Bakhshyan
July 26 2013
`With his statement, Galust Sahakyan proved that there is no
Constitution for the government', - said the Council member Anahit
Bakhshyan to Aravot.am, referring to G. Sahakian's statement made
yesterday that `if the government wants it can blow down this movement
in one night.' To remind you that Mr. Sahakyan, pursuant to
Civilnet.am, was referring to the movement of `I will not pay 150
drams' against the rise in transport fare. `This is a statement
inappropriate to the political figure. In one night, yes, they can
kill ten people. But the rebellion will not diminish from it, and the
next wave is there. The entire ability of the authorities will be as
such that they treat such movements with respect, to go for a
compromise, and not to kill an extra man. Yes, killing a man, they are
always ready, but the authority is not for killing a man, it is for
serving a man, to help a man, to give a chance to live, and not to get
into the pocket for the last penny and robbing, or inciting the police
against the public. He made it wrong. I can not say what he meant, I
want to understand, but not matter from what angle I analyze, he is
wrong,'- said Mrs. Bakhshyan. Arpine SIMONYAN
