Azerbaijani hackers failed to break Armenian administrational websites: expert

YEREVAN, MARCH 2, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian-Azerbaijani virtual
struggle reaches its ultimate point in the end of February. As reports
"Armenpress" during the March 2 press conference information security
expert Samvel Martirosyan mentioned that this year the population
paid less attention to information security because of local political
events.
"It's already the second year that the Azerbaijanis are making great
efforts in information struggle in respect to Khojaly. It's a top
topic for them," Martirosyan said. He stated that there are dozens of
Azerbaijani sites spreading misleading information about the military
operation of liberation of Khojaly.
"Last year it was the 20th anniversary of Khojalu and Azerbaijan
implemented a greater sum at the state level and the funding of
anti-Armenian campaign was much greater," said the information
security expert. The Azerbaijanis realize anti-Armenian campaigns in
various ways; they publish advertisements and make active usage of the
virtual domain.
