'SAMATYA CRIMINAL' HAS PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS

A Turkish lawyer Eren Keskin met with the attacker of Armenian women
in Istanbul's Samatya district Murad Nazaryan. After the meeting the
lawyer stated that the suspect has psychological issues and does not
feel the reality, Taraf paper reports.
Nazaryan was arrested suspected in the attacks on Armenian women
in the period from December 28, 2013 to January 26. "His movements,
his glance, mimic, shouting, crying leaves no doubt that the suspect
is psychologically ill. He was a drug-addict as well but was cured,"
the lawyer said.
He said when asked about attacks he says he does not remember anything
and starts crying. "He says he does not remember anything but at the
same time stresses that if the police have arrested him, it means he
is the attacker," Keskin said.
Murad is afraid of being moved from single-cell to a common one,
where he says he will be murdered for being an Armenian.
Head of Human Rights Union draw the attention on circumstance that the
press pays attention only on his being an Armenian, without taking into
consideration his psychological condition as well as the circumstance
that he may have been used by other people.
