    WHAT DID HE LEAVE FOR?

    Story from Lragir.am News:

Two important meetings of Serzh Sargsyan with Vladimir Putin and
Wilfred Martens were held, but the Armenian society does not know
what they spoke about, whether they reached any agreement.

Analysts can do nothing but put forward their versions. There were
predictions that Serzh Sargsyan went to Moscow and Brussels to receive
the final "ratification" of his election. Apparently, he received
it from Vladimir Putin, who stated that 60% of votes means big trust
(though according to official data, Serzh Sargsyan received 58%), while
Wilfred Martens was even surprised why Raffi Hovannisian disputes
the election outcome and why he is offended because of Martens'
congratulation to Serzh Sargsyan. Martens said that not all the demands
were fulfilled but there was progress in presidential elections.

The question on the "resolution" of Russia and Europe on the final
protocol of Armenia's elections was naturally discussed during the
elections. But, most likely, there were other, more important, issues
from the state point of view. The fact that the society is not told
    about them, generates vague doubts.

After all, one cannot leave everything in his country on its own and
leave only in order to obtain confirmation of his election. It can be
only in two cases - if he expects active actions from the opposition
and civil society and if he believes that they can succeed. Or if
he suspects that the opposition in Armenia is sponsored by external
    forces.

Anyway, in Armenia people are still wondering - what did Serzh Sargsyan
leave for Moscow and Brussels for?
