ARE THE GRADUATES GOING TO RETURN?

School teachers' regular certification has commenced in the Republic
since March 15. This was announced during the regular session of
the NKR government by NKR minister of education and science Slava
Asryan who presented the draft decisions on paid, free and partially
compensated places at the NKR state higher institution and vocational
colleges as well as at RA higher educational institutions provided
to the NKR by the 2013-2014 educational programmes for bachelor's
and master's degrees.
The issue of the graduates' return to Artsakh studying in Yerevan or
abroad was submitted to comprehensive discussions, the problem has
been discussed for many years, yet it has got not solution so far.
Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan assigned to review the contracts
concluded with the mentioned citizens within three months and to
fulfill the points connected with their return.
