What is your opinion on the new composition of government?
There is no new composition, it is the old composition with rotations.
Will it be possible to change the economic policy of the government by
replacing the ministers of economy and finance?
Nobody has been replaced, they have been relocated. These people were
responsible for the economic policy. They will try again. If they
succeed, I will be happy.
In your opinion, is the problem in persons or the system?
The problem in always in both persons and the system.
Serzh Sargsyan underlined during the meeting of government that since
2008 this is the most favorable period for efficiency. What is your
opinion?
