ARMENIA'S EX-PRESIDENT KOCHARYAN LIKELY TO BE RE-ELECTED TO AFK SISTEMA BOARD
YEREVAN, May 30. /ARKA/. Armenia's ex-president Robert Kocharyan and
ex-director of Alcatel Serzh Churuk have been again included on the
list of candidates for the coming election to Management Board of the
corporation, RIA Novosti reported.
Former EU trade commissionaire and former British cabinet minister
Peter Mandelson and general director of RTI cjsc Sergey Boyev are also
on the list.
They are likely to replace former vice-president of AFK Vyacheslav
Kopiev and former president of the corporation Yevgeniy Novitsky.
AFK Sistema founded in 1993 is a major Russian diversified holding of
companies engaged in oil production, telecommunications, technologies,
insurance, real estate, retail trade, mass media, banking sector and
medicine. The corporation is owned by Vladimir Yevtushenkov. -0-
