S. Nikoyan: Reform implementation stems from Armenia's interests
`We launched the process of big reforms not because someone demanded
reforms from us, but because such reforms were necessary,' the former
speaker of the Armenian parliament Samvel Nikoyan said when asked by
Aysor.am if Armenia will continue the reform process after its entry
into the Customs Union.
According to Nikoyan, in his recent speech in the PACE, President
Serzh Sargsyan also stressed the necessity of continuing the reforms.
He gave his assurances that nothing may become an obstacle to the
process of reforms as reforms stem from Armenia's interests.
`Huge work was done in recent years, and the authorities will be
consistent in this matter,' S. Nikoyan noted.
