SERZH SARGSYAN OFFERS CONDOLENCES TO PHILIPPINE PRESIDENT

President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences to President of
Philippines Benigno Aquino on the earthquake which hit the country,
leaving hundreds of innocent victims and casualties and causing
enormous devastation.
"Sharing your and Filipino people's grief and anguish, I wish the
families of all victims tenacity and a speedy recovery to the injured,"
the letter says.
