BELARUS-ARMENIA POSTAGE STAMP CANCELLATION CEREMONY HELD AT MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF BELARUS

The event was dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment
of the diplomatic relations between the countries. The ceremony
was attended by First Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Alexander
Mikhnevich and Ambassador of Armenia to Belarus Armen Khachatryan.
The postal unit consists of a stamp and two coupons. Traditionally,
the stamp dedicated to the establishment of diplomatic relations
depicts state emblems. The coupons feature art reproductions. Belarus
is represented by "Belarusian landscape" by Vitaly Tsvirko. Armenia's
artwork is "Ararat at Spring" by Martiros Saryan.
