'Haykakan Zhamank' daily writes that Armenian parliament deputy
Samvel Aleksanian bought a market in Erebuni administrative district
of Yerevan and plans to open yet another supermarket of Yerevan City
chain there. Vendors were told to leave the area by December 31.
Dozens of farmers sell their agricultural products in the Erebuni
market and it is not clear what they will do starting from January
2014. The number of Yerevan City supermarkets will reach nine, apart
from the Closed Market and Gourmet shopping centers.
