Turkish Premier Recep Erdogan, who is most likely to be elected
president, has taken offence at his voters for calling him an
"Armenian."
Armenia gave a harsh response - what's the worth of his message to
the Armenian Genocide survivors? Regrettably, the Turkish premier
does not even conceal his opinion. Mr Erdogan is an emotional man,
and the greater part of Turkey's population does not like it. But he
wants to look brave.
But let us be sincere. Would not an Armenian politician feel hurt if
he were called a "Turk"?
