ROSNEFT DECLINES COMMENTS ON POSSIBLE ACQUISITION OF ARMENIAN MIKA LIMITED
YEREVAN, January 10. / ARKA /. Russia's Rosneft, the world's top
listed oil producer by output, declined to comment on news reports
that it bought Armenia-based Mika Limited oil trader.
Earlier this week Arminfo news agency claimed citing its own sources
that Rosneft acquired Mika Limited's Armenian assets- gas stations,
oil bases and office space.
Mika Limited is owned by businessman Mikhail Bagdasarov. Bagdasarov
also owned Armenia's national airline Armavia that suspended flights
from the 1st of April 2013 to begin the bankruptcy procedure. -0-
