Zhamanak: Natalie Pharm to export Armenian meat to Russia
10:20 * 15.11.14
An Armenian pharmaceutical company will from now on deal with the
realization of domestic meat products on Russian market, the paper has
learned.
Citing its sources, it says that the Armenian Agriculture Ministry's
State Food Security Service and the Russian Federal Service for
Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance have agreed to issue a meat
export license to Natalie Pharm, a leading distributor of medicines
owned by businessman MP Samvel Alexanyan (Republican Party).
Noting that the company was quite recently granted a government
license to import narcotic and psychotropic drugs, it questions the
logic behind the latest move, pointing out to the incongruity between
the two classes of products.
