The Western sanctions against Russia are already being felt in
Armenia, Minister of Economy Karen Chshmaritian told Chorrord
Ishkhanutyun.
"A decline in the export rates is observed. This is linked to the
exchange rate of the national currency. This is the first noticeable
effect," said the official.
