ZHOGHOVURD: KARABAKH FORMER PRESIDENT SEEKS EX-OFFICIALS' RETURN

Arkadi Ghukasyan, a former president of the Nagorno-Karabkh (Artsakh)
Republic, is said to be actively negotiating former government
officials' return.
Citing its sources, the paper says that Ghukasyan is now busy sending
negotiating groups to different circles in an attempt to drop hints
that he is the most suitable candidate for presidency both in terms
of the country's salvation and for the governing elite.
The paper notes that the incumbent president of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan,
has no more than three years' left till the end of his term in office.
