What does Tigran Sargsyan do in States?

While the new Government is trying to criticize Tigran Sargsyan and
his projects, the latter is achieving new heights in the United
States. The political elite of the United States is shocked, as they
can't understand how the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
of little Armenia has managed to establish such relations with the
President of America. The relations are so close that Barack Obama
invites Tigran Sargsyan and his family to the White House for dinner.
Tigran Sargsyan has become one of the most influential Ambassadors in
the United States, although he represents little Armenia. Different
analysts in the United States try to explain this fact by two factors.
The first is that Tigran Sargsyan established good relations with a
number of financial structures' leaders from all over the world and
U.S while he was the Head of the Central Bank and Prime Minister. It's
not a secret that the leaders of financial structures have great
influence especially on the authorities of the United States. This
fact brought to such a high level of relations between Sargsyan and
Obama.
On the other hand, the analysts of the United States insist on the
fact that these relations are the result of Tigran Sargsyan's
long-lasting pro-western policy. However, the fact is that Tigran
Sargsyan has managed to establish friendly relations with President
Barack Obama and today he'll use those relations for taking the
Armenian-American relations to even higher level.
Taking into account the fact that Tigran Sargsyan has rather good
relations in Russia and the RF top authorities consider him a friend,
and taking into account the fact that Tigran Sargsyan has good
relations with the U.S authorities, he'll become rather perspective
and strategic partner for both Russian and American authorities, which
will increase his political capital in Armenia.
