YEREVAN. - The Czech authorities see only peaceful solution to the
Karabakh conflict and within the format of the Minsk Group, Deputy
Speaker of Armenian parliament Eduard Sharmazanov said.
Summing up Armenian delegation's visit to Prague, Sharmazanov said the
Armenian delegates presented an example of Scotland referendum.
"They agreed with the arguments of the Armenian delegation that it is
wrong to be guided by double standards, this is unacceptable. Czech
lawmakers agreed that referendum in Scotland showed that
implementation of nations' right to self-determination is an
indisputable fact," he added.
As reported earlier, 55.3 percent of the Scottish voters rejected
independence and voted for being a part of the UK, while 45 percent
supported separation.
