Haykakan Zhamanak: Constitutional referendum due in 2016

Gevorg Danielyan, a former minister of justice who now works with the
commission elaborating the constitutional reforms, has suggested the
spring of 2016 as the most likely date of the constitutional reforms.
"The commission of specialists will complete its activities within the
outlined timeframes, so if everything goes smooth, the referendum
will, in most likelihood, take place in spring 2016," he told the
paper.
Danielyan further commented upon the Venice Commission's recent
remarks on the proposed reforms and responded to several questions
regarding the package, says the paper.
